Welcome to DanceSphere Studio. By using our website and enrolling in our classes, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment and Payment:

• All class enrollments must be completed through our official website or at our studio location.
• Payment must be made in full before the start of any class or program.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online transfers.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the class start date are eligible for a full refund.
• No refunds will be provided for missed classes, but make-up sessions may be offered at the discretion of the studio.

3. Code of Conduct:

• All students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow dancers.
• DanceSphere Studio reserves the right to dismiss any participant who fails to adhere to our code of conduct.

4. Liability:

• Dance involves physical activity that carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
• DanceSphere Studio is not responsible for any personal injuries or loss of personal belongings during classes.

5. Intellectual Property:

• All choreography and class materials provided by DanceSphere Studio are the intellectual property of the studio and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.
